Our Approach

Our aim is to propose a concept of hospitality based on how food  is understood in the rural communities of Italy. In Sardinia where we are from,  food is a ceremony and a celebration, a moment when people meet and talk. In our culture, guests or foreigners are regarded as extremely important persons and serving lunch or dinner to them is a way to show respect and welcome them in the family.

Often been commented as best pizza or best pasta in London, we are proud to use the finest products from Italy and make everything fresh from scratch, starting from premium cured meats and cheeses followed by home made pasta, skilfully baked pizza and bread, following the ancient Sardinian tradition.
